On September 6, 2007, President George W. Bush nominated Steve A. Matthews to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  Matthews serves as a Member and the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Landmark Legal Foundation, which nominated Rush Limbaugh for the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize.  Click here to read Earthjustice's September 7, 2007 statement regarding Matthew's nomination.
