Washington, DC--

Earthjustice and other environmental groups have strongly opposed three nominees to lifetime seats on the United States Court of Appeals who are expected to be blocked in Senate votes tomorrow: California Supreme Court Justice Janice Rogers Brown (D.C. Circuit), California trial judge Carolyn Kuhl (9th Circuit), and Texas Supreme Court Justice Priscilla Owen (5th Circuit).
